What is our society coming to?

Today I saw a listing of the top 11 drugs prescribed in the U.S. The top 5 were antidepressants. No. 6 was an appetite suppressant, 7 was for pain associated with herpes, 8 was for pain, 9 was for depression, 10 was for pain and 11 was viagra. If that isn't an indication of our societal woes, I don't know what is.
